Reward Card Scheme

This year The-Bike-Barn celebrates its second Birthday. We are proud of our high standard of service successfuly offered for thousands of customers over the past two years. For this year’s Birthday we would like to reward all of our loyal and new customers. Those that have used us in the past and would recommend us to family and friends and those who visit us first time.
So we have just launched our brand new Reward Card scheme, to become a Reward Card member is quite easy, just hire a bike with us for minimum a Half Day and then you will receive your reward card to be used by yourself, family and friends.

Benefits of the Reward Card

  1. Extra 10% discount ( up to 50% – 6 visits ) each time you hire a bike for minimum half day.
  2. 10% off for child under 10 years old when accompanied by the Reward Card holder ( one child per one Reward Card holder)
  3. Free child equipment hire (trailers, seats, tag alongs)

Terms of use for reward card holders

  1. Reward card discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offers The-Bike-Barn may run throughout the year.
  2. The-Bike-Barn full bike hire terms of conditions apply.
  3. Reward Card discounts can be used by family and friends using a valid reward card (apart from the last 6th visit – 50% discount that can be used only by the card holder with the proof of ID).
  4. Family or friends when using a valid holder reward card will be exempt from receiving their own reward card
  5. Reward Card is valid for 3 months from the first visit
  6. There is no restriction on the number of reward cards that can be completed in one calendar year by one customer.
  7. To become a reward card member you must first book a minimum half day bike hire with The-Bike-Barn
  8. If a customer loses their Reward Card, The-Bike-Barn is not obliged to replace the partly-completed card and will not be held responsible for any loss. It will, however, give a customer who has lost a partly-completed loyalty card a new Reward Card so they can start collecting discounts again.
  9. This Reward Card Scheme is only applicable at The-Bike-Barn Manchester.
